BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To book a tower, please contact the office by phone 0418713461 between 7:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday or email [email protected]
For emergency bookings outside of these hours, please call and leave a message and someone will contact you as soon as possible. The phone is monitored outside of business hours and emergency hire can be arranged at short notice.
The information needed when making a booking is as follows: –
- On site start time
- Tower size required
- Site Address
- Duration of job
- On site contact name and number
Anmel requires all clients to accept Anmel’s Terms of Trade as well as provide us with a completed Client Information Form before the commencement of any work.
Anmel requires at least 2hrs notice for cancellation of a booking. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the weather and conditions as well as their staff and equipment availability. If management doesn’t receive notice of a cancellation at least two hours before the start time of the job, the client will be issued with a minimum hire invoice as the tower will already be on its way.
If you have been advised of extra travel costs to your area of hire due to the extended travel distance, an extended timeframe for cancellation will be negotiated with management. Please ensure you discuss this with management at the time of hire.

. If you have not received verbal or written confirmation that the job has been cancelled, then assume that management has not received the cancellation. Bookings cancelled and confirmed within the appropriate time frame will not incur any charge.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are taking the appropriate and reasonable steps to cancel the booking.
