Anmel requires all clients to accept Anmel’s Terms of Trade as well as provide us with a completed Client Information Form before the commencement of any work. Cancellation Policy: Anmel requires at least 2hrs notice for cancellation of a booking.  It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the weather and conditions as well as their staff and equipment availability.  If management doesn’t receive notice of a cancellation at least two hours before the start time of the job, the client will be issued with a minimum hire invoice as the tower will already be on its way. Please note: If you have been advised of extra travel costs to your area of hire due to the extended travel distance, an extended timeframe for cancellation will be negotiated with management.  Please ensure you discuss this with management at the time of hire. Cancellations can be made by phoning 0418 713 461.  If you have not received verbal or written confirmation that the job has been cancelled, then assume that management has not received the cancellation.  Bookings cancelled and confirmed within the appropriate time frame will not incur any charge. It is your responsibility to ensure you are taking the appropriate and reasonable steps to cancel the booking.
About Us
Anmel is a family owned business that was established by the original owner in 1990. Since then the company has grown from a single machine operation, to a business that services South East Queensland with a fleet of quality machines. The business was sold to a long-term employee and his family in 2016 and has continued to supply the same quality machines and service.
